TSI Leadership Development Track
- Summer and Semester Internships (Part-time, 10 hrs/wk, 12-16 weeks): Designed to expand leadership skills and discover ministry within the local church
- Apprenticeship (Part-time, 20 hrs/wk, 10 months): Designed to expand leadership skills and/or discern a call to vocational ministry
- Residency (Full-time, 40 hrs/wk, two years): Designed to develop and deepen a call to vocational ministry
